Start with a question the row can answer

Choose the product type before comparing rows
Different products need different evidence. Shoes need inside-length and sole views; bags need usable dimensions, closures, and interior space. Open one category, then compare only items that answer the same questions.

Use photos and measurements to answer one question
Decide what could make you reject the item before opening the photo set. For shoes, it may be the sole or size label. For a bag, it may be the interior and opening. For clothing, it is often a measurement, seam, or fabric detail.

For sizing, compare the listing with a similar item you already own. Confirm whether each number describes a flat garment, the body, the foot, the insole, or an outside product dimension. The measurement guide walks through the differences.
Estimate shipping after the shortlist is small
Do not compare shipping while you still have twenty possible items. First reduce the list to two or three candidates. Then record product weight, likely packaging, parcel dimensions, destination, route, restrictions, and the date of the estimate.

Finish with two or three explained candidates
