This page explains what the editorial project can correct, what belongs with official support, and which private details should never be submitted.
Public contact channel status
No monitored public inbox or form is configured yet. We do not publish an unverified address or pretend that a message route is available when it may not be read.
The limitation is reviewed with each release. When a monitored channel is added, this page will state who reads it, the expected response scope, and the information that must not be included.
Issues this project can correct
- A broken internal link or missing page section.
- An external destination described as the wrong type of page.
- A factual statement that no longer matches its cited public source.
- A worked example that hides an assumption or reads like a real transaction.
- Wording that makes this independent guide sound official.
- A keyboard, contrast, mobile-reading, or navigation problem.

Information that must never be sent
Do not send passwords, payment records, identity documents, home addresses, private order screenshots, tracking numbers, account tokens, or dispute records. This site cannot access an account, trace an order, issue a refund, verify a seller, or resolve a payment problem.
